Focus on the Limousin Region

Among the French scenery, the Limousin is characterised as being the green country of trees and water which always deserves this judgement by Arthur Young: “For general beauty, I prefer the Limousin to other provinces. The hills, the valleys, the woods, the enclosures, the streams, the lakes and the scattered farms all form one thousand delicious paintings”.
