The Limousin Region
Among the French scenery, the Limousin is characterised as being the green country of trees and water which always deserves this judgement by Arthur Young: “For general beauty, I prefer the Limousin to other provinces. The Limousin is a welcoming region, its migratory balance stays positive and it has become the 9th French region for attractiveness. International leaders have moved there: Legrand, Norisko- Dekkra, Madrange, Blédina, International Paper and Valéo etc. The Limousin is a region of tradition still today but also of innovation with 1,650 researchers and 6 centres of engineering competitiveness.
